vintage...

and

Putting together these two challenges gave me a quirky anniversary card!
The base card is black card stock.
The main piece attached to it was made by stamping a large old letter stamp with StazOn jet black ink.
Next i used a makeup brush to apply the following Distress Oxide inks...
Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, Black soot, Hickory Smoke and Gathered Twigs
Laying that aside I spritzed the inks on my glass mat and used a piece of water color paper to smoosh them up.
After drying that piece I stamped the couple from River City Rubber Works with the StazOn ink.
Using a piece of black card stock with the MFT “Rectangle Peek-A-Boo Window” die I cut out the piece and finished cutting it with a craft knife, self healing mat and metal ruler to make a frame.
This I glued onto the “couple” and foam taped to the card.
To finish I die cut another piece of black card stock with Picket Fence Studio’s “Always Word Die” and glued it to the front of the card.
