The card is white card stock with the sentiment, unknown company, stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
In my stash from many years ago I have a stencil with 9 sizes of star cut out.
I used the largest and next to largest to sponged Distress Oxide festive berries ink.
To finish I used a q-tip to remove any ink from the embossed area!
