It’s fun to pull out paper pads that you can color your image to match.
The base card is white card stock.
The patterned paper is along the side and one of the flag icees.
On another piece of white card stock I printed the Bugaboo Stamps “Ava Latte” and colored it with Chameleon pens.
Once dry I die cut it with a Spellbinders label set as well as the black card stock back piece.
Next I used a Wink of Stella clear gloss pen to make the cup and bow glittery like the flowers in the patterned paper.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Wplus9 “Greetings & Salutations” with Memento tuxedo black ink.
