shooting without a gun...

and

This post starts with me saying that my Dad was a hunter, I have friends who are hunters and I understand thinning the herd.
With that said i am trying to sit and relax to the sounds of multiple guns going off in the fields behind our home.
That made me think abut hunting as a hobby but without the noise it could be shooting a camera.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of green plaid card stock from DCWV “Cider Woods” Mat Stack.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the camera image from Unity Stamp Co.’s Graciellie Design “Take Another Shot” using Memento tuxedo black ink.
On the same piece I stamped the “picture” frame from the same set with the same ink, masked it with paper tape and then stamped the image from Unity Stamp Co.’s “Foxy Christmas” making sure to stamp extra of the foliage along the bottom.
These images I colored with Copic markers and cut out with scissors before applying them to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from the “Take Another Shot” set  with the Memento ink to the card front.
