cozy, coffee, kitty...

and

On a day when we get our first snow this was just what I wanted to do!
The card is white linen card stock and using Newton’s Nook Designs “Plaid Stencil Set” with Distress candied apple & black soot ink I sponged the background.
On a piece of black card stock I stamped the sentiment from Newton’s Nook Designs “A Cozy Day In” with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
Next I die cut the sentiment using Spellbinders “Celebrations” word bubble and then glued it to the card front.
On another piece of white linen card stock I stamped the Newton from Newton’s Nook Designs with Memento tuxedo black ink and colored him with Copic markers before trimming him out with scissors and foam taping him to the front of the card.

  11. Adorable; I'm with him tho -- curl up and stay in, especially if it involves a warm beverage!
