thinking of pink for October...

A friend had Breast cancer a while ago.
She had a double mastectomy.
She is doing well.
Hopefully everyone will be as vigilant as she and get there mammogram every year.
The card is white card stock and using Honey Bee’s “Radiant” background stencil with Distress picked raspberry ink I brushed the whole card front.
The sentiment is from a.muse/studio “fight like a girl” set.
It was a special set for Stamp Out Breast Cancer.
I stamped it with StazOn jet black ink.

  1. Love how you have made the stencil do all the work on this eye catching card Arlene.
I have lost too many to breast cancer, and am currently seeing a SIL dying from it :(. I am now too old to 'qualify' for the free screening programme we have here, but will remain vigilant!
    Blessings

  2. So pleased your friend is doing well Arlene and this is one striking card, straight to the point, which is exactly what is needed for this message. Thank you for helping us spread the word and joining us at Time Out

  3. A CAS card with special words. Well-defined to time out.

  4. I love this design - the pink, white, and black colour combo is beautiful with the graphic look of the stencil. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out! Jill
