Since I am desperately working on getting my Halloween cards done I could not do the “ocean” option!
The base card is black card stock.
The main piece it water color paper with a Distress carved pumpkin ink wash.
This piece, once totally dry, I die cut with a die from Sizzix Tim Holtz “Mixed Media Halloween”.
The sentiment was die cut into black card stock with dies from Sizzix Tim Holtz “Halloween Words Thin” then cut into strips and applied with glue.
