I used yellow card stock for the base card.
For the background I used Distress inks (fired brick, dried marigold & ripe persimmon) and Newton’s Nook Designs “Cocktail Mixer”.
The “Happy Birthday is a Martha Stewart punch.
I finished with enamel dots.
