This is one of those times when you are glad you did something months ago to use now.
In this case I sponged a piece of white card stock with Adirondack butterscotch and rust inks.
After they were dry I ran the piece through the Big Shot with Anna Griffin’s “Acanthus” embossing folder.
I did a few and put them aside.
I pulled this one out and distressed it with my Tim Holtz sanding block.
This I layered to white card stock and then a brown card stock base card.
With another piece of the brown card stock and Impression Obsessions DIE174-W “thanks” die I cut it out and glued it to the card front.
Loving the colours and texture on this fabulous CAS card Arlene - the embossed layer is stunning, and with the simple die cut greeting, it really is the star of the card
