Celebrating a birthday, retirement, promotion or anything is the best reason for looking to the stars with a cup of coffee.
The base card is white card stock.
The main piece is black card stock that I started with Newton’s Nook Designs “Starfield Stencil” layer on the top and using the Pilot gold gel pen through the stars for the background.
Next I used the verse from Newton’s Nook Designs“Cup Of Cocoa” with Versamark ink, silver embossing powder and a heat tool to make the shiny verse.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the Newton from Newton’s Nook Designs “Newton Loves Coffee” with Gina K amalgam ink and colored it with Prisma pencil, Pilot gold gel pen and American Crafts metallic silver pen.
Next I trimmed him out and applied him to the card front with glue dots.
