I know it’s not Halloween...

CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge 317...Colour

BUT it fit the color palette perfectly!!!
The base card is black card stock.
On a piece of white card stock I printed out the Bugaboo Stamps “Halloween CS boo to you” image.
Next I colored it with Chameleon pens and die cut the circle with Lifestyle Crafts nested circle die before taping it to the front of the card.
