Can’t get enough of those Newton’s Nook Designs stencils.
This time I started with a white base card.
The main piece was also white card stock that I stenciled with the Newton’s Nook Designs “Plaid Stencil Set” using Distress black soot and hickory smoke inks.
This was layered to a black card stock and they a grey card stock.
On the main piece using Newton from Newton’s Nook Designs “Naughty Newton” and Gina K amalgam ink I stamped him.
Then I stamped him on pink card stock with the same ink and trimmed him out with scissors and applied him to the image on the main piece.
Once they were applied to the front of the base card I stamped the verses from Newton’s Nook Designs “naughty Newton” and “Newton’s Birthday Flutter” with the same ink.
I felt it made a good “forgotten” birthday card!
Super cute idea!

Oh, I haven't used this Newton image lately, and your card uses it so well! Also like how you used the oops sentiment! Clever! So glad you shared your talent with us at Inky Paws Challenge!

That plaid is my favorite stencil and it looks just perfect on this card! I love the pop of pink with the cat! Thanks for joining us for this Inky Paws Challenge!
