The base card is white linen card stock.
For the main piece and it’s layer underneath I used water color paper.
The “Fa La La” piece is run through the Bigsot with Sizzix 3D embossing folder, then I water colored just some of the images and the words using Arteza Classic Watercolors.
On the other piece of water color paper trimmed to fit behind the main piece I water colored only the edges with the same paint.
T finish I taped them all to the base card, once they were throughly dry!
