Since I have no Stampin’ Up colors I went with what I had!
The base card is kraft card stock with a layer of white card stock.
The bubbles background are from a paper pack.
I stamped the sentiment from MFT “Pearl of a Friend”.
On more white card stock I stamped the image from the same set and colored it with Copic markers.
To finish I trimmed it out and attached it to the card front front with a “wobble” spring.
