This one took a while as I had to stamp all the number individually from a Hampton Arts set.
Then I colored them with Copic markers.
The base card is blue card stock with a layer of white card stock and then the numbered background.
From the same set came the sentiment.
It may have been time consuming, but a very effective background, and colour usage. A wonderful result
