Saw this palette and thought of the beach immediately.
The base card is yellow dotted card stock.
The main panel is watercolor paper that I stamped with sentiment and images from Colorado Craft Company Anita Jeram “Fun in the Sun”.
Then I watercolored the scene with watercolor pencils.
Once dry I die cut it with a die from MFT Stamps “Stitched Rectangle STAX”.
Cute - we can all relate to the parent in the deck chair :)
