The base card is blue card stock with a strip of white card stocks.
I made a background on water color paper with Distress inks of blue and purple and cut a strip of that.
Next I stamped the image from Lawn Fawn “Simply Celebrate Winter” and colored it with purple and blue Copic markers before trimming it with scissors and applying it to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Lawn Fawn “Winter Scripty Sayings”.
