Can you just imagine what it’s like on Christmas Eve at the animal shelter when all the care takers go home???
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
On water color paper I stamped the images and sentiment from Colorado Craft Company “Gift Exchange” then water colored them with Distress water color pencils.
