The best match of these colors, for me, were Distress shaded lilac, Distress stormy sky and Distress Oxide wilted violet.
The base card is close to periwinkle, though a bit darker.
Next a layer of white card stock and then the Distress background I made with the inks listed above.
Using more white card stock I cut four each of the sentiment (love Nicole dies) and flower (Tim Holtz Wildflower Stems #3) glued them together and applied them to the card front.
