hocus pocus….

and

This is the first of today’s combination challenge cards.
Taking inspiration from one challenge and adding that “coffee” feeling for the other challenge.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock and then one of grey textured card stock.
The elements were die cut from white and orange card stock using Trinity Stamps “Boo Brew” die set, a personal favorite for many occasions.
I applied black scrappers floss to imitate the string, from my inspiration photo of the ghost balloon, to the images then foam taped them to the card front.
To finsih I stamped the sentiment, unknown company, with Versafine onyx black ink.

  8. Arlene, you're killing me with this great card using the same dies as I did - I think I prefer the simplicity of your interpretation! Thanks for connecting with our challenge at Two Old Bats again this month.
