Something we should all try and do!
The base card is white card stock.
On a piece of patterned paper from Tim Holtz “Collage Paper Stash” I applied Distress inks black soot, aged mahogany and broken china.
Next I laid the Tim Holtz “Shifter Mint” stencil on it and with a baby wipe removed some of the color in a straight line like the lines in the door on the picture.
Next I die cut the piece using a die from Tim Holtz “Bold Text #1” and glued it to the base card.
With more white card stock I die cut the building with a die from Tim Holtz “Cityscape, metropolis” then glued it to the card front.

  1. Love the white die cuts on the dark, textured background Arlene - it has made a stunning card
