One of the best combinations for watercolor are Penny Black floral stamps and Distress watercolor pencils.
The base card is white linen card stock.
On water color paper i stamped the Penny Black “Divine” stamp with Gina K. Designs warm glow ink.
Next I water colored the flower with Distress water color pencils seedless preserves and peeled paint.
Once dry I trimmed it down, applied it to the base card then stamped the sentiment from Penny Black “heartfelt” using Distress lost shadow ink.
