I thought of flipping this card but then decided to go with it as is!
The card is white card stock that I stenciled with Distress ink chipped sapphire.
Next I stamped the sentiment from Cas-ual Fridays Stamps “Raindrops Duo”.
Using dies from the set I cut out a cloud and lightening and attached them to the card front with glue and a foam square.
