After helping some ladies “play” with making water color backgrounds I had a couple left over.
On the gold I stamped the fish from Picket Fence Studios “Fishy Kisses” and cut them out.
I cut the “sea” in half and applied it to a white card stock base card.
To that card I stamped the sentiments from Picket Fence Studio “Fishy Kisses” and “Just Because”.
To finish i foam taped the fish to the card front.
