The Paper Players Challenge #616
While sorting through wood stamps at the charity shop I found one that called my name.
It’s a tree with leaves falling in little squares by The Artful Stamper.
I stamped the image on kraft card stock with StazON timber brown ink and colored it with Derwent colours pencils.
Next I trimmed it down and cut it in half.
On a kraft card stock base card I applied white card stock and then half of the stamped image with foam tape.
With the same ink and a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp “Autumn Greetings” I stamped the sentiment.
I did the same with the other piece of the image to make two cards!
What a great find Arlene, and a wonderful stamp - your card is a delight to behold - simple, elegant and perfect for Thanksgiving

ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of clean and simple cards Arlene and I love the design of this one - that stamp was a great find! Using a strip panel is a great way to highlight the image. Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
