Though I don’t have the exact colors I chose to match sangria, mulberry and New England ivy.
In my stash I have a bunch of water color pieces that I colored with Distress inks.
These I die cut with dies from Honey Bee Stamps “Lovely Layers : Wildflowers” as well as black card stock for the stamen.
On a light mauve card stock base card I applied a piece of white linen card stock die cut with a die from My Favorite Things Die-namics “Blueprints #33” backed with black card stock.
I stamped the sentiment from Hampton Art Stamps using VersaFine onyx black ink.
To finish I glued the flower together and then on the card front.
Love that you were able to use some personal watercolored distressed ink pieces from your stash for your die cut flower, fantastic look. And great setting on the stitched frame. Beautiful card. Thanks for sharing with us at Color Dare.
