While I still have the Art Impression water color sets out I decided to use them for this card.
The base card is beige polka dot card stock with green and brown card stocks applied as pre the sketch.
Using Tim Holtz “Stacked Tiles, Circles” set I die cut water color paper.
With the following sets, watercolor brushes and Distress markers I made the water color scenes:
5016 Art Impressions WC Mini Critter Set
4017 Art Impressions Clay Pot
5126 Art Impressions Foliage Set 4
Once these dried I applied them to the card front with foam squares.
Those watercolors are beautiful! The colors are perfect for the natural and woodsy images. Really a fabulous job! Thank you for sharing this with Try Stampin' On Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card Arlene - love how you have created and painted the wee rural scenes on the circles

Wow you were quick getting a card done. Isn’t it nice when something just comes together? I love your little critters hiding in the tall grasses, I might have to try It sometime.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing card. I love the little animal images. They are so soft and cute. Thank you for joining us for this challenge at Try Stampin' on Tuesday and look forward to seeing you again soon!
