Doesn’t this look like a science experiment?
On glossy card stock I dropped multiple layers of Ranger alcohol inks and then used alcohol and a glass pen to apply the dots.
They just reminded me of worms so I added a worm and sentiment from Stampin’ Up “Bugs & Kisses”.
To finish I layered it with black, aqua and white card stock onto a white card stock base card.
