The Tim Holtz cats and Halloween sentiments go together for many occasions!
The base card is white card stock.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the Tim Holtz cat, from an untitled mixed media set, and the balloons & hat from Tim Holtz “Things/Talk” set.
These I colored with Copic markers and drew in the strings with a fine line black marker.
The sentiment was stamped from Tim Holtz “Life of the Party” set.
This I applied to the white base card.
