When I think of May flowers I am immediately dawn to poppies and use them as a remembrance flower.
The base card is white linen card stock.
The main panel is die cut from water color paper using a die from MFT Die-namics “Stitched Rectangle STAX”.
On this I stamped the poppy from Penny Black “flowers & wishes” with Arteza water color markers, pulling out the color with a water color brush.
When dry I stamped the sentiment from Waffle Flower “Tender Thoughts” with Memento rich cocoa ink.
With the next largest die I cut a frame from green card stock then layered them to the base card.
A beautiful serene card Arlene - love the soft look of the poppy
