Who says the candles always have to be upright?
The base card is white card stock that I stamped the an image from Simon Says Stamp “Birthday Borders” using Memento tuxedo black ink.
These I colored with Copic markers to try and match the challenge colors.
Next I stamped the sentiment from the same set onto black card stock using Versamark ink and heat embossed it using white embossing powder.
This I cut in a strip and applied to the top of the card then cut another strip of the black card stock to apply over the candles.
Love your different orientation of the candles Arlene!! A great card
