You can make your own stencil by die cutting acetate, as I did with a circle die for this card.
I wanted a small amount of snowflakes using my Newton’s Nook Designs “Snowfall Stencil” so I cut the acetate with one of my circle dies and laid it ver the top of the snowflake die on my white card stock base card.
Next I applied Distress stormy sky ink.
On more white card stock I stamped the image from Paper Smooches “Swanky Snowdudes” with MFT extreme black ink and colored it with Copic markers before cutting it out and applying it to the card front.
To finish I stmped the sentiment from the same set with the same ink.
What a wonderful card Arlene - I love making stencils from acetate

Such a cute and fun snowman card, Arlene! Using the circle die-cut acetate for a partial stenciling is a clever idea! The snowflake backdrop leaves big white space and still draws the eye to the darling snowman. Thank you so much for sharing this card with us at CAS Christmas!
