It may seem weird to have a weed, as hubby calls them, as my favorite flowers but let me tell you why they are.
They come out first on our land and apply a beautiful yellow design to the grass carpet.
Next they turn into a toy for my granddaughter, blowing the seeds, and a lovely skeletal looking flower.
They are also good for eating!
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock and a layer of patterned paper from the Simon Says Stamp May Kit.
From the same kit I used the die to cut out three flowers from black card stock and glued them to the card front.
To finish I stamped one of the sentiments from the set using Memento tuxedo black ink.
Dandelions are pretty Arlene! Love that bright yellow happy that appears first. Then the delicate seeds. Too bad they are so invasive, so I don't like to see them in my yard. But they look so beautiful on your card! :) Thanks for joining us at The Flower Challenge! xx
