The best way for me to attempt ombre is what I did with this card.
On a white card stock card I taped off 1/3 of the card and applied, lightly, Distress Oxide salvaged patina.
Next I moved the tape and applied more and moved it again to apply the last line.
To finish I stamped the image and sentiment from Hero Arts “Friendship Blooms” using Memento tuxedo black ink.
Beautifully done!!
