and
Most of this card contains items from my stash but the embossed gold is new to me even though it didn’t work out the way I wanted.
Sizzix was having a big sale and I saw a thing called “Inksheets Transfer Film”.
Googled it and it said you could use it with embossing folders.
Since I have so many embossing folders I want to use I grabbed two packages in my order.
The base card is black card stock with a layer of white card stock and another layer of black card stock.
I ran the Anna Griffin “Poppy” embossing folder, as per the YouTube instructions, with white card stock and the gold transfer film.
The film came right off the card stock and only left a few spots of color.
I didn’t want to waste the film so I used it as a panel on my card.
Next to my MFT stash and I pulled out the “All About You’ die and cut three from black card stock, glued them together and set them aside.
I also pulled out the “All About You” stamp set and on white card stock I stamped the sentiment with Memento tuxedo black ink and applied it to the card front.
Next I added the “YOU” then to finish I addedStudio Katia clear drops.
Did you ever get something that you tried and it didn’t work?
I will be trying it again!
