How to Catch a Star...

How happy I was to find a piece of pre-made background in my stash that fit this challenge.
The background is glossy card stock with Ranger sailboat blue ink used on it.
The base card is white card stock that I die cut using MFT Die-namics “Stitched Star Peek-A-Boo Window”.
This I applied to the base card then stamped the sentiment from Paper Smooches “Smoocheroos” Using Memento tuxedo black ink.
Using a Marvy Uchida star punch and a Tim Holtz star punch I punched out the stars from white card stock and glue dotted them to the card front.
On another piece of white card stock, heavier, I stamped the image from Paper Smooches “Space Cadet” using the Memento ink and colored it with Copic markers.
Using the coordinating die I cut it out and applied it to the card front with foam squares.

  1. What a perfect background that is! I love how you've combined those fun elements into a fabulous design, just perfect for the book. Thanks for joining The Library.
