Stencils are now one of my favorite tools.
The main piece is cream card stock that I stenciled with Tim Holtz “Measured Stencil” with Distress ink vintage photo and black soot.
Next I die cut it with a star, unknown company, on that piece.
I trimmed out a piece of brown card stock to fit behind it and die cut where the star would land with a bigger Lifestyle Crafts nesting circle die.
After layering these to the cream card stock base card I stamped the sentiment from Our Craft Lounge “Fishing With Dad” using Distress vintage photo ink.
A fabulous masculine card Arlene - love the browns and that star and sentiment are a wonderful focal point.
