Recently I was coloring with some alcohol pens and flipped over the piece to tape it to a card front and fell in love with the back image.
Penny Black makes so many lovely floral images that i just had to try it for this challenge.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of grey card stock.
The main piece is a lighter weight white card stock, this let’s the ink flow through more, which I stamped the Penny Black “Crimson Blush” image in Distress hickory smoke ink and colored with Darice Studio 71 markers.
Flipped it over and stamped the verse from Penny Black’s “Snippets” set with the same ink.
Your lovely PB rose looks so pretty in the shades of yellow, thanks so much for joining our July theme at Penny Black and More challenge.

What a lovely design and so appropriate for a sympathy card. I loved reading of your use of the bleed through with the alcohol inks - so subtle isn't it and again, perfect for this type of card. Many thanks for joining us at Penny Black and More this month xxx
