This posting will be unique in many ways.
I think I invented a new way to make the monkey swing, first time for me to enter this challenge and the first time I did a video for one of my postings!
The base card is kraft card stock.
From another piece of kraft card stock I cut a 1.5” piece to go across the top.
With three different colors of green card stock I die cut the leaves using Paper Smooches”Large Leaves” dies.
These i glued to the small piece of kraft card stock and trimmed off three sides.
I stamped the verse from Paper Smooches “Uplifters” with StazOn black ink.
I used a circular MFT “Spin & Slide Disc” and glued it to the base card.
With foam tape a bit thicker than the disc I taped the top three sides of the leaf piece and applied it to the top of the card.
Now the fun part I went into hubby’s tool area and found green coated wire and cut a piece to fit the card front.
Using jeweler’s pliers I rounded the wire to go around the disc.
On another piece of kraft card stock I stamped the monkey signing “love” from Paper Smooches “Smoocheroos” and colored him with Faber Castell Polychromos.
After trimming him out I punched his paw with a 1/16” punch and attached him to the “vine”.
I hope this is “unique” enough!!!
