raise the woof...

This is one of those challenges when I am glad I have multiple sets.
The base card is white card stock.
On the top I trimmed 1.5” off the bottom.
From grey card stock i cut a piece to fit the front of the base card with 1/4” extra to go over the top.
Using a bone folder and my paper trimmer I scored lines across at 1/4”, then shorter lines down to make the tiles on the “roof”.
This I shaded lightly with a grey Faber Castell Polychromo pencil.
I taped this ove the front of the card.
Using kraft card stock I cut a piece 2” thick for the bottom of the inside of the card.
Using Paper Smooches “Critter Card Puns” and Gina K amalgam ink I stamped the “raise the woof”.
Then with the same ink and Paper Smooches “Kindness Sampler” I stamped the happy birthday, as shown below...

With a piece of white card stock I stamped the hat from Paper Smooches “Noggin Toppers” with the Gina K ink.
Then I also stamped it on a post it note to make a mask.
Now I stamped the dog from Paper Smooches “Vhummy Chums” while the hat mask was in place.
I colored it with Faber Castell Polychromos and trimmed it out with scissors.
This I glued to the “roof” only so it “raises” with the card top.

Note...
When I trim close to an image I take a black brush marker and CAREFULLY go around the entire image so the white card stock doesn’t show on the sides.
