Sometimes you just get lucky, as in the case of the supplies for this card.
I ran across a sale of this paper pack for $4.00 on clearance.
The base card is a piece of the card stock from the pack.
The verse and animals strip is cut from another piece of the card stock pack.
The gold edging for the strip is a roll of gold washi tape.
I added the gold the gold sequins with pearls in the centers for an elegant baby card.
