hubby's birthday card...

and

This is a card made on cream linen card stock.
Hubby always teases that his Mustang is in my craft supplies so this year he gets one from my craft supplies.
The car from Unity Stamp Co.'s "All Cylinders" was stamped with StaOn jet black ink, colored with Prisma pencils and Gamsol with artist stumps.
The clouds were sponged on using MFT Stamps "Cloud Stencil" and Distress Ink stormy sky.
The road was sponged wit Distress ink black soot and the grass with two greens.
The grass was then colored with Prisma pencils for dimension.
The finishing touch was the verse from the same set stamped with the StazOn.

Wow, Arlene, what a beautiful creation! I love the careful colouring and shading. That car is gorgeous against the sponged clouds. This is a wonderful masculine card! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

Arlene, what a terrific masculine card and it looks like it's extra special for your husband with that great Mustang image. The scene you've created with your billowy clouds, car and highway is terrific. Thanks so much for joining us for our Watercooler Wednesday Masculine Anything Goes challenge this week. Great card!
