...may not be a new technique to you but it was to me!

For my card I started with water color paper and the Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations "Retro Cirque".
Next I added Distress inks twisted citron, wilted violet and squeezed lemon as per the video.
Once the water color piece was dry I added it to a white linen card stock base card.
The verse from Hampton Art Stamps by Janet Dunn was stamped onto white linen card stock and then I cut it out before applying it to the card front.
This turned out AWESOME! I haven't tried this yet either - I love how your design turned out! Thanks so much for playing along with us over at SumMore Fun Stamps! We look forward to seeing more projects from you! Have a great weekend! :)
