The base card is white linen card stock.
The bottom 2/3 of the card is covered with silver glitter card stock.
The strips of black glitter is Paper Studio glitter tape.
The verse from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps "Mon Ami' set is stamped using StazOn jet black ink.
From another piece of the sliver glitter card stock I die cut three starts and layered them to the center of the black glitter tape.
