I recently found a wonderful stamp company...Newton's Nook.
The sketch reminded me of a snowman head so I pulled out Newton's Nook "Frozen Fellowship" because the verse was perfect.
The base card is white card stock with the circle cut from another piece of that card stock.
The red catd stock has the verse stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder then attached to the base card.
The white circle is glued to the card front, then the black die cut eyes are glued on.
To finish I cut an orange card stock triangle and glued it on as the carrot nose.
