The mixed media challenge...

...took me into the basement where I store my acrylic paints from my days of tole painting.
and

The base card is whit card stock with a stripe around the outside edge that I applied with Distress marker ground espresso.
The main piece is white card stock that I applied Delta Ceramcoat autumn brown and cayenne with make up sponges through Stamplorations "latte" stencil.
Before they dried completely I smeared them for a background.
Using Stamplorations "better than autumn" stamp set I stamped the image onto the dried main piece using StazOn timber brown ink.
Using Tim Holtz's distress splatter brush and the autumn brown paint I splattered on the car front for a bit of a distressed look.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the same image but cut out only the front cup and edged around it with the Distress marker before applying it with glue dots to the front of the card.
The stamp set also come with this great verse...
"the only things better than autumn days is pumpkin spice latte"
which I stamped on the inside of the card.
