I read this challenge correctly this time...

The last time I made a silhouette for this challenge it was anything but clean and simple so I tried again!
The base card is kraft card stock.
To make the sun I die cut a circle from scrap card stock and placed it on the front of the card with a post it note along the bottom.
I sponged the sun with Distress inks fossilized amber and wild honey.
The image (unknown company) was stamped with StazOn jet black ink.
The verse from MFT Stamps "warm & fuzzy friends" was also stamped with the jet black.

  1. well you did a fabulous job this time and CAS it is! I love how you used the post it at the bottom so you could add the sentiment plus how the sun is slightly lighter around the silhouette-you rocked the challenge and we are so pleased to see you at HLS xx

  2. This is gorgeous. Beautifully CAS, the sun is blended perfectly (I love how you masked off the bottom of it .... nice design touch) and your silhouette image is adorable. Thank you for playing along with the Happy Little Stampers CAS challenge xx
