The base card is white card stock with a layer of teal card stock.
Over to the BigKick to die cut some snow drifts with white card stock using the Lawn Fawn "Stitched Mountain Borders" die.
Once that was finished I stamped the image from Inkadinkadoo's "Friendly Characters" set and shaded with a Prismacolor teal pencil.
Glue it all together and you have yourself a card!
This is just cuteness on fire or should I say ice! Love the super CAS design and little cutie and a great way to showcase our colour option! Thanks for playing along with us at Less is More this week. x
ReplyDeleteAdorable! I love the humour in this, and that penguin is beyond cute! Great idea to have the teal as the sky. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so reminiscent of crisp, frosty mornings with those incredibly blue skies. Your layout on this card is impeccable and the placement of that sweetie penguin is superb. It draws the eye to your sentiment and the melting ice block. Fab card. Thanks so much for sharing it with us at Less is More xx
ReplyDeleteI love those snowy mountains - great for scene building! I don't think I have seen them before. The cute penguin and punny sentiment add lots of character to your sweet card. Thank you for sharing it with us at Less is More :)
