Peaceful...

While my hubby and son watch the playoff games I get to play "peacefully" in my craft room.

and

The MFT Sketch is obvious but the Rubber Dance "frosty winter" is different from their colors.
I felt that grey was more "frosty" looking.

I started with a bluish grey base card.
The next layer is white card stock that I ran through the BigKick with my RG "lumberjack days" sweater embossing folder.
I cut a piece of vellum and using the MFT GP Wildflowers set, still in the package, I laid the vellum over the flower I wanted and colored it using Prismacolor Premier red and black alcohol markers.
Once they were dry I added Distress marker picket fence ink and gently wiped "some" of it off.
I ran a piece of tape through the vellum and attached it to the front of the card.
With a thin piece of white card stock I stamped the "peaceful" from the flower set using Distress marker hickory smoke ink.
Then I applied the strip and I was finished.

Off to make popcorn for the guys!
