I love doing these challenges!
Mostly I like Autumn colors for ombre but I thought I would try this as it reminded me of the dark brown in my trees with the blue sky and the snow.
Less is More Challenge...Ombre
I started with a white card stock base card and stamped the tree and verse from Stampers Anonymous "Evidence of Art" using StazOn timber brown ink.

Now for the ombre in a different way.
I have JudiKins color dusters that I love using for a soft look.
Using Adirondack stonewashed ink and the duster, I kept brushing the color back and forth until it built up to that ombre effect.
What a fun way to make a quick and easy card.
Love this tree stamp. Looks black in the pic.
ReplyDeleteMy regular camera is broken. Thing one doesn't show the colors as well!
